Gareth Bale "perfectly fine" following knock

Real Madrid attacker Gareth Bale has played down fears that could be facing a period on the sidelines after injuring his ankle in Sunday's 0-0 draw at Sporting Gijon.
The Welshman was sent for tests after picking up a knock during the La Liga clash and it had been suggested that he could miss this weekend's home match against Real Betis.
Bale, however, who continues to be linked with a move to Manchester United, has said that "everything is fine".
"Everything is fine, I underwent tests this morning just to be certain and we saw that it was just a knock. There's nothing to worry about, I'm perfectly fine," Bale told reporters at a sponsorship event.
Bale played in a central position for Real Madrid against Sporting Gijon.
