Inter Milan have reportedly contacted Tottenham Hotspur regarding the availability of club-record signing Erik Lamela.
The Argentine moved to White Hart Lane in a £30m deal from Roma in 2013, but he has struggled to make a significant impact during his time at the club.
Despite manager Mauricio Pochettino ruling out a possible departure for Lamela, gianlucadimarzio.com has reported that Inter have made it known to Tottenham that they are interested in the player.
The report adds that Lamela is Inter's third choice, behind Liverpool striker Fabio Borini and Paris Saint-Germain's Ezequiel Lavezzi.
