River Plate midfielder Matias Kranevitter will reportedly fly to Spain on Wednesday to complete a move to Atletico Madrid.
The 22-year-old, who came through the youth system at his current club, has been linked with a number of European clubs over the course of 2015.
However, according to AS, Atletico have won the race for the Argentine and are close to announcing his capture on a four-year contract.
The same report has claimed that the midfielder will not join Atletico until January, however, so he can compete in the Club World Cup for River.
It is understood that Atletico will part with around £6m for 70% of Kranevitter's rights
