Netherlands legend Johann Cruyff has suggested that Manchester United defender Daley Blind has improved considerably since joining the club from Ajax in 2014.
The 68-year-old, who won the Eredivisie eight times with Ajax as a player, believes the versatile Dutch international has benefited from his time in the Premier League.
Writing in Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Cruyff said: "The one who is performing well is Daley Blind.
"It is striking how he has improved after a year at Manchester United. A good example of what a higher training intensity can do."
Blind has made 31 international appearances for the Netherlands, scoring two goals.
